In keeping with her collaborative nature, the album includes iconic pieces Lisa has created over the years with Daniel Johns, Astrid Williamson and Patrick Cassidy. With a vision and vocal style that is as unique as it is precise and all-embracing, Lisa Gerrard has established herself as one of the world's most highly acclaimed flm composers and vocalists, including winning a Golden Globe for her work on the score for 'Gladiator' with Hans Zimmer. Her musical journey began in the early 1980s when she and fellow Australian Brendan Perry formed duo Dead Can Dance. With nine albums released between 1984 and 1995.

Lisa's vocal performances continue to be heard across the world. She performed as part of 'Gladiator Live' at The Royal Albert Hall in London in 2018 and as part of 'The World of Hans Zimmer - A Symphonic Celebration' tour. In 2021 and 2024 she was a Featured Vocalist on the score for 'Dune' and 'Dune: Part Two', directed by Denis Villeneuve.
